We provide recruitment coordination, document processing support, and visa application assistance for overseas employment opportunities with international employers and licensed partners where applicable.

• No Guarantee: Job offers, visa approvals, travel permits, and processing timelines are made by third-party employers, agencies, and government authorities. We do not guarantee job placement, salary, work conditions, or visa issuance.

• Compliance: All services are provided in line with applicable laws and regulations in Bangladesh and destination countries. Where required, processing is conducted through licensed entities/partners.

• Candidate Responsibility: Candidates are responsible for the accuracy of their documents, medical fitness, police clearance, and meeting employer/embassy requirements.

• Employer Responsibility: Employers are responsible for the accuracy of job descriptions, offers, and compliance with destination-country labor laws.

7. Fees, Payments & Refunds

Any fees will be disclosed before you authorize a service. Fees for third-party services (medical, attestation, translation, visa fees, travel, insurance) are separate and payable to the respective providers. Unless specified in a written agreement or local consumer law requires otherwise, service fees are non-refundable once processing has begun. If a refund policy applies, it will be stated in the relevant service agreement or receipt.
